Ms. Faida Mohammed Shaibu is a 30 year old business woman who joined Women Empowerment in Zanzibar (WEZA II) project in 2016 through her group known as Tusaidiane II based in Mwera, Central district. Initially Ms. Faida was selling crips and some biscuits at Mwera Primary and Secondary school, after joining the group Faida together with her group members started savings and loans activity by saving 3000/= per week in 2017 but by November 2018 the group increased their savings to 10,000/- per week,
