INVITATION FOR QUOTATIONS

Tanzania Media Women’s Association (TAMWA) is a non-partisan sharing professional media Association registered in 1987 and in 2007 for Zanzibar in particular as demanded by the law. The Association focused on media advocacy to combat GBV and promote women’s development in Tanzania.

The association has set aside funds for procuring Office furniture (50 pieces of office executive chairs, 10 round tables and 100 pieces outdoor chairs) for its financial year 2024. It is intended that part of the proceeds of the fund will be used to cover eligible payment under the contract for procuring office furniture for Zanzibar Gender Centre (ZGC), the procurement processes will be performed according to TAMWA ZNZ internal policies.

Tender committee on behalf of the TAMWA – Zanzibar invites quotations from eligible supplier/agent on provision of Office furniture as specified above.

Interested eligible supplier may obtain further information at TAMWA-Zanzibar virtually through TAMWAs website from 10^th to 20^th Dec. 2024. (www.tamwaznz.or.tz)

All quotations should be enclosed with relevant documents (if applicable) and must be delivered to the address below by 20^th Dec, 2024. Quotations will be opened by the tender committee on 23^rd Dec, 2024, the succeeded tenderer will be acknowledged once after evaluation and approval from tender committee. Late quotations shall not be accepted for evaluation.
