NOTICE FOR SUPPLY OF GOODS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES

FOR TAMWA ZANZIBAR OFFICE (2026 – 2028)

Introduction:

Tanzania Media Women’s Association (TAMWA) is a national non-governmental organization established in 1987. TAMWA–Zanzibar became fully self-governing and operational in both Unguja and Pemba in 2004. In January 2007, TAMWA–Zanzibar obtained separate registration under the Societies Act No. 6 of 1995 with Registration Number 493, and was later re-registered in 2019 under the Business Entities Registration Act No. 12 of 2012 with Registration Number Z0000016523.

TAMWA’s mission is to advocate for the rights of women and children by conducting awareness-raising activities that promote cultural, policy, and legal change through the use of media. This mission supports TAMWA’s vision of a peaceful Tanzanian society that respects human rights with a gender perspective.

Invitation for Suppliers

TAMWA ZNZ hereby invites eligible, qualified, and competent suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of goods and provision of services for the financial period 2026 – 2028.

Scope of Services

Interested suppliers may apply for one or more of the following categories:

1. Supply of office stationery and consumables
2. Supply of ICT equipment and accessories
3. Provision of security services
4. Provision of catering services
5. Provision of itinerary services
6. Provision of vehicle hire and maintenance services

Eligibility Requirements

All interested suppliers must submit the following documents:

• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
• VAT Registration Certificate (where applicable)
• Any other relevant supporting documents

Submission of Quotations

Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Quotation for Supply of Goods and Services” and addressed to:

Deadline

The Quotation must be submitted by 05^th Jan, 2026 at 17:00hrs. Late submissions will not be accepted.
